Your role as Content Marketer

As our first and principal marketer, you are the strategic and creative engine behind our growth. Your responsibilities are broad, and your impact is directly visible.

• Content Strategy & Creation: You develop the content strategy that puts Spadework on the map. You are responsible for the entire cycle of content creation: from writing SEO-optimized blogs and whitepapers to creating engaging social media updates (copywriting).

• Brand Building: You are the owner of our brand identity. You develop and maintain the tone of voice and ensure a consistent and compelling brand story in all our communications.

• Social Media Marketing: You build and manage our presence on relevant channels (like LinkedIn) to reach and engage our target audience.

• Analysis & Optimization: You manage the content calendar, analyze the performance of your campaigns with tools like Google Analytics, and adjust based on data to continuously improve our approach.

Who are we looking for? Your profile

For this marketing position in Amsterdam, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and creative marketer who sees the potential of this role and has the ambition to grow with us.

• You have 1–5 years of experience in a relevant role such as Content Marketer, Online Marketer, or Marketing Specialist.

• You are an ace in copywriting and content creation in flawless Dutch.

• You have a passion for B2B marketing, technology (SaaS/AI), and building a brand.

• You are a proactive self-starter who thrives on freedom and responsibility.

• Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing is a strong plus.

• Extra advantage: Work experience at a recruitment or secondment agency, as this will help you understand our target audience better.
