New business agent

Your next assignment is already in your network. You hear it first.

Contacts change employer and quiet clients start hiring again. Spadework flags both, inside the database you already own.

New business agent

Someone you know just started somewhere new. You are the first to call.

One move opens two doors, and both of them are in a database you already own.

One move, two openings

A contact changes employer and two things happen at once: the seat behind them opens up, and at the new address you already know the person who signs.

The move lands as a notification and a task on the record
You call a contact you placed before, not a stranger from a list
You set how far the agent goes: from a flag to a ready message

New business agent

Cold leads cost more. Warm ones only need timing.

You do not need new leads. You need to know which of your own clients started moving again.

Demand before the phone call

You choose the companies worth following: clients, quiet accounts, the ones you want back. When they post a role, it lands with the account manager who knows them.

Good to know

Frequently asked questions.

Where the leads come from, whether GDPR allows it, and who picks up the phone. Short answers, no small print.

Your own database. Spadework works with the people and companies you already have a relationship with, and completes those records from public sources. No purchased contact lists, no cold external data.

That is the difference with most lead tools right there: you do not start with a stranger, you start with someone you have already spoken to.

A movement from someone you already know, with the context attached. A contact who switches companies, a familiar company posting vacancies again, a candidate taking a step.

You see who it is, what changed and when. What it is worth is your call. Spadework makes no prediction about the outcome and promises no placement.

Three kinds, all within your own database. A contact switching companies, which is a warm way into a new place. An organisation you follow putting new vacancies online, which is demand appearing before another agency notices. And a candidate updating their profile, which can be a sign that something is shifting.

For new business the first two matter most. The third gives you the placements to serve that new client with.

Yes. Spadework works within your own database, on people who are there with consent, and it is built and hosted in the EU. Nobody outside your own network enters the system.

Nothing is pooled either. One agency's data never ends up with another.

No, not on its own. You get the alert with the context attached, and what happens next is yours to decide. The relationship you built stays yours.

If you would rather automate it, you can. You give the agent the instruction to send the message itself. So it is a choice, not a default: nothing goes out that you did not switch on.

Because you can check it yourself. Every opportunity carries what changed and when, so you never have to take anything on trust.

Spadework does no matching and draws no conclusion about anyone's intentions. A profile change can mean something is shifting, and that is as far as it goes. You judge whether it is worth a call, because that is exactly where your craft sits.

That is the rule rather than the exception, and it is exactly where Spadework started. Before a signal comes out, your database gets cleaned, completed and kept current.

A signal is only as reliable as the data underneath it. So you do not need to spend months tidying up before you can start, the tidying up is part of the work.

No. Spadework has formal partnerships with OTYS, Carerix, Byner and Mysolution, and integrates with others including Bullhorn, Teamtailor and Yellowyard. If yours is not on the list, we look at it with you and get the integration built.

Without an ATS you upload your contacts and receive your opportunities by email.

Your ATS shows what happens inside your own process: who sits in which stage, which vacancy is open, what your colleague agreed. That stays as it is, Spadework doesn't replace your ATS.

What your ATS cannot see is what changes outside that process. That a contact moved last month, that a client who went quiet for a year is hiring again. Spadework adds exactly that.

No, only admins. Usually a manager, or whoever handles IT. They build the agents and set the preferences, which is also where they decide how opportunities arrive and who gets them.

The rest of your team never enters Spadework and keeps working in your own ATS. You choose how the opportunity lands there, and there are several ways: a note on the company or contact record with the change and the date, a task assigned to the owner of that account with a due date, or one mail in the morning holding only their own opportunities, every line opening the right record. Most agencies pick the notification straight into the ATS. On a day with nothing to report, no mail goes out.

Each route is a switch you set as admin. Nobody has to learn a new tool, so it fits the way your team already works.

Those tools sell you contact details for companies you have never spoken to. Spadework tells you when the companies and people you already know start moving. They deliver the data, we deliver the moment.

And it reads your market the way staffing does: a contact who switches is a client to win and a company to staff, at the same time.

That depends on how large your database is and how much moves inside it. An agency with ten thousand contacts sees something entirely different from one with five hundred.

In the demo we run the maths on your own numbers, so you get a realistic picture instead of an average from a brochure.

Within 2 weeks, not a migration project. For the systems we already connect to, the integration is there, so nothing needs building.

You see it on your own data first, then you decide what you switch on.
