Every candidate or contact you choose to follow. Your database can be larger than your plan: you decide which part counts, for instance only the people you have spoken to in the past two years.
You get a heads-up before you hit the limit, and you move to a larger package from your account. Nothing drops off without you knowing.
No, you pay per person, not per record. Merging duplicates is one of the first things the agent that cleans up your database does.
Free is free and stays free, with nothing to commit to. Launch and Scale run for a year. You choose whether you pay for that year monthly or in one go up front, and paying up front saves you ten percent.
