Vacancy Transformer

Vacancies that actually get found

Turn job titles into scalable, SEO and GEO proof vacancy texts that are stored in your ATS and ready to share right away.

How it works

Strong job posts, in a fraction of the time.

Start with a job title, an existing text or input from your ATS. The Vacature Transformer turns it into a complete, findable job post in your own house style and writes it back to your ATS. You review and publish — seconds instead of writing it yourself.

1. Your input

A job title, an existing text or input from your ATS

2. AI writes the job post

In your tone of voice, optimised to be found

3. Saved in your ATS

Every field filled in, ready to review and publish

Found in Google and AI

Every job post is structured and written to score in Google for Jobs and to surface in AI search results. So more of the right candidates see your role.

Ready in seconds

Writing, structuring and formatting happen on their own. You keep your time for candidates and clients instead of rewriting the same text again.

In your house style

Every post follows your own style, structure and wording. So each text sounds like your brand, wherever the input came from.

Straight into your ATS

Every job post is written back to your ATS, complete and ready to review. No loose documents, no copy-pasting, no switching between tabs.

The Vacature Collector collects vacancies automatically from 100+ job boards and websites. The Vacature Transformer turns a job title, an existing text or that input into a complete job post in your own house style, fills every field, optimises it to be found and saves it in your ATS. Together you go from input to a findable job post that is ready to publish.

Good to know

Frequently asked questions.

Hoe hij jouw stem leert, wat er gebeurt als de klant nauwelijks iets aanlevert, en of hij ook echt gevonden wordt.

Two routes. You hand it a few vacancies you are happy with and it takes the structure and the tone from those, or you write out how it should sound yourself. You save that as a configuration, so you are not prompting again with every vacancy.

You can keep several side by side, per language or per client, because a construction firm doesn't want to be presented in the same tone as a law firm. You also set how far it may go, from small changes to a full rewrite, and you pick the language of the result independently of the language of the source.

Then you see where the gap is. If all you have are notes from the intake call, it works from those and shows you what is missing: no salary indication, nothing about the team, nothing about why the last person left.

So you call the client about three specific things, instead of writing them down approximately.

Not on its own. What isn't in your material, it leaves out: salary, headcount, benefits.

What it can look up, it puts beside the text: the company, the industry, the systems they work with. When it gets stuck, it says so. If the text only names your agency and not the end client, it writes down that it cannot look anything up about them, instead of making something up.

If you do want it to fill a gap, you switch that on yourself in the settings. So it is a choice you make, not a surprise you find once the vacancy is live.

That starts with the title, and not by gut feeling. It puts the average monthly search volume next to every variant, so you can see in black and white that 'Account Manager' gets typed in many times more often than 'Account Manager Healthcare'. You choose on numbers, and the client's own job title stays alongside it.

Same for the keywords: it pulls them in with their search volume, you tick the ones you want back, and it works them into the text. Plus a clean structure so job boards and search engines can read it properly.

Yes, and that is usually the first thing worth doing. You have dozens sitting there that went out in a hurry and were never touched again. You upload the old text, read the new one, and put it back.

One at a time though. There is no button that does your whole set at once.

It stays yours and your client's. Spadework is built and hosted in the EU, nothing gets pooled, and what belongs to one agency never ends up with another.

The description your client sends you is company information, not training material.

Yes. The vacancy is written back into the fields in your ATS with everything filled in, so there is nothing to retype.

Working without a connection, you copy it out with formatting, as HTML or plain, or you export it as a pdf.

Publishing happens from your ATS afterwards, the way it does now. Spadework doesn't replace your ATS, it adds to it.

No. Spadework has formal partnerships with OTYS, Carerix, Byner and Mysolution, and integrates with others including Bullhorn, Teamtailor and Yellowyard. If yours is not on the list, we look at it with you and get the integration built.

Without an ATS you upload your contacts and receive your opportunities by email.

It watches the people and companies already in your database and flags it the moment something moves. A contact switches jobs, a client starts hiring again, a candidate takes a step. You get the movement with the context attached, and you decide what it is worth.

We call that opportunity intelligence. In practice it means those opportunities were already yours, you just did not see them in time.

Agents do that work. New business, database enrichment and sourcing are the agents you start with, and you shape each one to the way you work. It does not stop at those three either: for the work your team repeats every week, you build your own.
