What you'll be doing
In this role, you take end-to-end responsibility for new product features: from the first idea to a stable production release. You focus on output and getting things done, switching effortlessly between frontend and backend while keeping the bigger picture in mind: performance, scalability, and maintainability. We have a modern tech stack in place and we are looking for someone who ready to innovate and take ownership of production. You’ll build and maintain APIs, design data structures, and work with modern databases and cloud environments. You also focus on user experience and translate business requirements into robust, practical code solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with the founders and a small product team to refine ideas.
What we are looking for
2 to 5 years of experience as a developer in a full stack or backend-oriented role, preferably in a product environment.
Experience with modern frontend development (reactive frameworks) and a sense for user-friendly interfaces.
Solid backend experience: you work comfortably with APIs, databases, and server-side logic; experience with Python and javascript is a plus.
A focus on output: you are a doer who likes to ship features and takes responsibility for the result.
You communicate clearly, can explain technical choices to colleagues, and enjoy contributing to the product.
You work in a structured manner, take initiative, think in solutions, and feel responsible for the quality of what you deliver.
Knowledge of cloud environments and modern database structures is a plus; your mindset and ability to innovate are more important than specific certificates.

Gross monthly salary between €2,800 and €3,800 based on full-time, depending on your experience.
