Do you want to get started in B2B sales and Business Development for the German market, at a tech scale-up that builds AI tools for recruitment? As a Sales Development Representative - Germany at Spadework, you are the first point of contact for new customers in Germany and help shape our commercial growth. You work on outbound sales, lead generation, and building a sustainable sales pipeline. At the same time, you contribute to our go-to-market strategy for Germany. You have a lot of freedom, work directly with the founders, and grow alongside the company's international ambitions.

What you'll be doing

As a Sales Development Representative - Germany, you are responsible for outbound sales towards the German market. You make the first contact, conduct conversations with prospects, and build lasting relationships.

Specifically, this means:

  • You actively approach potential customers in Germany primarily via phone but also through email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.

  • You hold introductory meetings, understand the challenges of prospects, and plan follow-up steps such as demos.

  • You contribute to messaging, positioning, and the approach of our German go-to-market strategy.

  • You work closely with the founders, marketing, and the product team.

  • You keep an overview of your pipeline and work structurally towards commercial goals.

What we are looking for

  • You speak and write fluent German and communicate well in English or Dutch

  • You have experience in sales, business development, or outbound sales, preferably in SaaS or tech

  • You are proactive, curious, and feel comfortable starting new conversations

  • You listen well, easily build trust, and think from the customer's perspective

  • You work independently, take responsibility, and keep your sales pipeline organized

  • Experience with recruitment, HR-tech, or AI is a plus, but not a strict requirement
