In the third episode of Recruitment from A to Gen Z, we, Lucas Meijer and Liedewij Loerakker, had the opportunity to delve deeper into how we, as Gen-Z founders of Spadework, ignite the future of recruitment with our startup. Since 2023, we have been collaborating with staffing agencies to integrate the power of artificial intelligence (AI) into their processes, thereby improving the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment methods.

This enables us to apply the latest AI solutions at Spadework in a sector that traditionally often lags behind technological innovations. We not only bring AI to staffing agencies but also help them strengthen the human side of recruitment by automating repetitive tasks.
AI and the Future of Recruitment
At Spadework, we combine artificial intelligence with the human experience to increase the efficiency of recruitment processes. We do not believe that technology replaces the human factor, but that AI can serve as a powerful complement so that recruiters have more time to focus on the important, strategic aspects of their work.
Society is changing rapidly, and the way we work, apply for jobs, and recruit is changing along with it. We are convinced that Gen Z can not only keep pace but is also the driving force behind the innovations that will reshape the job market in the coming decades.
