You know the person. Not the new company yet.
A contact who moves takes their trust in you to a new employer. But nobody calls to tell you. It only shows on a profile you don't check every day.
Of all the ways into a new company, this is the warmest: someone who already knows you, at a place where you're not yet. That way in only exists while the move is still new.
From a move to a lead in your feed
This agent looks at what really changed for a contact, adds the company and only speaks up when it is a lead.
When it triggers: for all contacts, when a Social media profile arrives.
Filter: determine what changed: another account, another team, a new role or a promotion. Compare with Contact and company data in your ATS.
Company: on a move or a hint of hiring, pull public company info and check whether the company is already known in the ATS. Unknown means a new prospect.
Action: if it is a genuine lead, create one post in your feed with Post contact lead: the change, the company, why it matters, and one follow-up.

How it works in practice
How does the agent avoid noise?
By counting genuine changes only: another account, team, a new role or a promotion, compared with what is in your ATS. The same job in different words or a routine profile update does not create a post.
What does the agent do towards the contact or the company?
Nothing. The post only appears in your own feed.
Is this allowed under GDPR?
Yes. Spadework works within your own database, on people who are there with consent, and it is built and hosted in the EU. Nobody outside your own network enters the system. Nothing is pooled either. One agency's data never ends up with another.
