Candidate Updater

The profile that keeps itself up to date.

Job title, employer, contact details, discipline and industry of your candidates stay in line with the public profile, without anyone typing them in. On import too: a new database is completed in one go.

The situation

Your records did not change, everyone in them did.

Thousands of contacts, and not one of them tells you when something changes.

Of your 20,000 contacts, 3,340 changed employer this year. 1,900 moved to a different sector too, so your filters miss them entirely. You find out when someone else has already called.

20,000
DNB analysis of CBS microdata, 2011 to 2025

16.7 per cent of employees change employer each year, and 57 per cent of those also change sector. That is a national average across all employees. In flex and secondment the rate runs higher, so treat your number as the floor.

What the agent does

From a profile change to a record that is right

If something changes on the profile, it changes in your ATS too. Nothing more.

Candidate Updater

When it triggers: for all candidates, when a LinkedIn profile arrives, including the first one after import.

Profile data: compare the profile with what is stored. If name, job title, company, email, phone or social media URL no longer match, update only those fields with Keep profile data up to date. Job title and company come from the current position.

ATS record: retrieve the record and compare job title, company, contact details, discipline and industry. Update with Keep the candidate record up to date, in your ATS wording.

Runs on every incoming profile, writes only what differs
Step 1

Profile comes in

On import and on every change. As soon as a social media profile arrives, including the very first one.

Step 2

Compared with your ATS

Field by field. Job title, company, contact details, discipline and industry.

Step 3

Filled in and corrected

What is missing is added. What differs is put right. Discipline and industry in your ATS wording. What is right stays as it is.

Step 4

Done

The record is right. If everything was already correct on arrival, nothing changes.

Good to know

Frequently asked questions.

Which fields it updates, what it never does, and whether GDPR allows it. Short answers, no small print.
